Andrea Neil is an ethical leadership and performance strategist, speaker, and mentor with extensive experience across sport, education, and community leadership. A former captain of Canada’s Women’s National Soccer Team, Andrea brings a deep understanding of teamwork, responsibility, and integrity to her work with young leaders.
