What Makes Ignite Unique?

Ignite is a fully student-run leadership conference in British Columbia that is accessible to students from all backgrounds and schools. It is a space where young leaders take full ownership of planning, programming, and execution, developing real-world skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and communication. The conference brings together a diverse mix of students—experienced leaders and emerging voices alike—creating an environment where every participant feels seen, valued, and empowered. Through keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and hands-on community projects, Ignite inspires students to explore their potential, take initiative in their schools, and return home with actionable ideas and lasting connections.
