Diva Shrestha has been a teacher at Saints for 5 years. Before joining Saints, she worked in higher education administration at liberal arts colleges in the United States and served as Director at a non-profit organization in Nepal, where she taught leadership tools to youth of all ages. She is passionate about developing the leadership capabilities of change-agents. As a systems thinker, she believes that change is only effective if individuals from different generations, genders, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds collaboratively define evolving perspectives and identify solutions.
