Dr. Shimi K. Kang
Dr. Shimi Kang, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist, neuroscience expert, and award-winning author, is a leader in mental health and self-development. Founder of Dolphin Kids and CEO of Spark, she combines over 20 years of medical experience with research-driven practices to address rising rates of stress, anxiety, and addiction. Her bestselling books, such as The Dolphin Parent and The Tech Solution, are globally acclaimed, and her work spans major media outlets, TEDx talks, and academic contributions at the University of British Columbia. Recognized with numerous accolades, including the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, Dr. Kang is committed to empowering individuals and communities through the science of motivation and brain health.

Andrea Neil
The first woman soccer player inducted to Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame, Andrea Neil is celebrated for her roles as a player, captain, and coach for the Canadian Women’s National Team. Her distinguished career included participation in five FIFA World Cups over 20 years: four helping to anchor the team’s midfield and a fifth as an Assistant-Coach. At the time of her retirement from the National Team she held the record for the most international appearances by any Canadian soccer player and was honoured with the prestigious Order of Sport award. Andrea holds a UEFA ‘A’ European Coaching License from Italy and established The Coaching Compass, a values-based approach to personal development, ethical leadership and team-building. Through her coaching and mentorship programs, Andrea brings the wisdom won through international competitions to all realms, sharing her insights with people and organizations interested in cultivating effective, growth-oriented cultures.
